The course is intended for Efling members who are already working in kitchens, catering areas, restaurant sales, bakeries, meat processing or other food production. To have the course paid in full, union members must have full entitlement to the vocational training fund. Since limited places are available, registrations will be reviewed and contact will be made again to confirm participation.
