Members must have at least 6 months of continuous membership and be 20 years of age. This provision generally applies to applicants for holiday homes. Each member with rights can book a holiday home for winter rental once before the New Year and once after the New Year. All that needs to be done is to log in to My Pages with electronic ID. Members who are seeking employment and pay union dues from unemployment benefits retain their right to rent holiday houses, provided they were members of the fund for at least six consecutive months before becoming unemployed. The same applies to members with full membership rights. Members who leave work due to age or disability are entitled to use holiday houses in accordance with their points balance until it is exhausted, or until the end of the sixth year after they begin receiving an old-age or disability pension, whichever comes first.
Rules and responsibilities of members:
• The renter is responsible for the holiday home/apartment and the keys are handed over to him/her. It is NOT permitted to transfer the rental right to others.

• Charging electric cars near houses is strictly prohibited.
• The privacy of others in the area must be respected. All unnecessary traffic and noise after 24:00 is prohibited.
