
Collective agreement-based wage increases in April
On April 1, the wages of Efling members working for the City of Reykjavík, the state, the Association of Icelandic Local Authorities and nursing homes (SFV) will increase according to collective agreements.
The wage increase will be paid out on May 1st. Efling members are advised to carefully review their pay slips and ensure that the salary increases have been included. If there are any discrepancies, it is important to notify the employer immediately and request immediate correction. Efling employees are available and prepared to assist members if necessary in this regard.
Employees of Reykjavík City:
Fixed monthly wages for daytime work shall increase by 3.5%, but never less than 23,750 ISK, unless otherwise determined by the wage tables included in the collective agreement.
Wage-related parts in the collective agreement will increase by 3.5%, unless otherwise agreed.

Employees of the state:
