
Collective agreement-based wage increases in January
On 1 January last year the wages of Efling members who work in the general labour market, in hotels and restaurants, and among catering staff were increased, according to collective agreements. The wage increase will be paid out on 1 February upcoming. Efling members are advised to carefully review their payslips and ensure that the wage increases have been applied. If there are errors, it is important to notify the employer promptly and proceed with immediate correction. Efling staff is offered and prepared to assist members if needed in these matters.
Staff in the general labour market
Fixed monthly wages for day work shall increase by 3.5%, but never by less than 23,750 kronur, unless otherwise indicated by the wage tables that accompany the collective agreement.
Wage-related parts in the collective agreement will increase by 3.5%, unless otherwise agreed.

Hotel and restaurant staff
Fixed monthly wages for day work shall increase by 3.5%, or at least by 24,026 kronur (salary grade 6, starting wages).
Wage-related clauses of the collective agreement increase by 3.5%, unless something else has been agreed.

Fixed monthly wages for day work shall increase by 3.5%, or at least by 24,306 kronur (salary grade 8, starting wages).
