Change will be made to the price of Icelandair discount vouchers that Efling offers to union members to purchase in the online shop on My pages.
The reduction was recently on the discount on the Icelandair travel discount vouchers to Efling so Efling therefore needs to raise the price of the vouchers from 20.000 kr to 22.000 kr. The vouchers will still be worth 30.000 kr but the discount goes from 10.000 kr to 8.000 kr per each Efling member. The difference is therefore 2.000 kr.
The discount vouchers are now valid for both domestic and international flights after Air Iceland Connect and Icelandair merged under the Icelandair brand.
The validity period of the tickets is as before, five years. Efling is the reseller of gift vouchers and their validity period is from the purchase of Efling gift vouchers. Each member can purchase two tickets every 12 months. When a discount ticket is used, when purchasing a scheduled flight with Icelandair, the gift voucher code is entered during the online order and reduces the total price by 30,000 kr.
