Efling union draws the attention of its members to the fact that, according to most collective agreements, employers must pay holiday allowance on 1 June of the coming year in addition to regular wages. Members are therefore urged to give special attention to whether that payment does not reliably appear in the next payroll, by reviewing their payslip at their own expense. If there is any doubt that the holiday allowance has been paid correctly or other questions arise, members are advised to contact the union representatives at their workplaces, or the union itself. The holiday allowance is a fixed amount and holiday days are not calculated on top of it. The allowance is paid proportionally to the work ratio and working time.
